This strategic integration, coupled with fresh doctor-patient footage and updated visuals, successfully highlighted CCRM’s comprehensive fertility offerings and established the brand as the starting point for those embarking on their fertility journeys.
Our team's efforts drove impressive results, including a 30% surge in impressions and an 83% increase in clicks within just 90 days. The campaign also contributed to a 7.6% year-over-year growth in new scheduled patients. Despite challenges, such as TikTok's fertility-ad restrictions, our agile approach—including A/B testing and ongoing content optimization—ensured that CCRM’s message continued to resonate and adapt. The campaign’s success has not only positioned CCRM as a trusted name in fertility care but also set the stage for the exciting launch of "Where To Begin 2.0," further reinforcing its impact in driving engagement and growth.
